Did you know that there are days every month that are designated as “National Days”?
I was browsing through March’s and I was a little disappointed that I didn’t find a “National Going to Jill’s Gentlemen’s Club Day”. Instead, I found days such as “National Dadgum that’s Good Day”, “National Fruit Compote Day” (what the hell is that) and “National Cheese Doodle Day”
What???
Of course, these can’t compare with the “National Be Heard Day” or “National Old Stuff Day”…I mean who makes this stuff up? And how would you even celebrate these days? Do you go gather all your “old stuff”, buy a cake and candles and then sing to it? And I don’t even know what a cheese doodle is, so how could I celebrate it?
Why can’t we just have simple, easy to understand national days like “National I’m Going to see Naked Girls Day” or “National Love your Stripper Day” or “Let’s All Go To Jill’s and have Fun Day”…. These are days that are worthy to have the title of National Days!
And with that being said, I have to go now and celebrate “I’m going to Jill’s now day”
